Tivoli Brewing Company reached out and asked us to design and build custom tap handles for Outlaw Express. Tivoli needed a themed tap handle for their Outlaw Express brand of beer which they distribute throughout the Colorado region. This is the eleventh tap handle design we have created for Tivoli Distribution. Each tap handle has had a different theme. The Knockout Design team got to work and shaped a wooden handle to fit the custom design. The wooden tap handle was then painted with UV LED paint. The UV LED paint is not only eye-catching with its vibrancy, but will help increase the durability of the tap handles through daily use. The tap handle features an orange Volkswagen classic van, and reads Express and 9%. On top of the handle, the team placed a plastic 3D printed dual color pineapple. This pineapple lets the customer know this particular brew has a nice pineapple flavor.
