A full plastic custom tap handle for a start up brewery
Jim at Two Dogz and a Guy Brewery had a specific design idea for his new tall tap handle. He had a very limited budget but wanted all plastic tap handles with his intricate logo cut out on the top. We worked with a few ideas for the stem which needed to be strong enough to be pulled on by busy bartenders. Jim and his customers were all very impressed with the clarity of the logo.
3D printed plastic enables us to create design which could never be created with a mold or traditional manufacturing. We were also able to thread the plastic on this tap handle. We made the tall tap handle more cost effective by eliminating the metal threads. Jim is looking forward to seeing this tap handle in a variety of colors in his tap room.
